Vincent Stanley Joseph Horsman (born March 9, 1967) is a retired left-handed relief pitcher who spent five seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Toronto Blue Jays (1991), Oakland Athletics (1992–1994) and Minnesota Twins (1995). Horsman is one of only three players from Nova Scotia to make the majors. On November 3, 2012, he will be inducted into the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame.〔Lords of Lugnut the Blue Jays' future http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Baseball/MLB/Toronto/2012/08/29/20154901.html〕 Since 2009, Horsman has served as the pitching coach for several minor league teams of Toronto Blue Jays organization. In 2009 he was the pitching coach for the Auburn Doubledays (Class A-Short Season). Between 2010–2014 he was a part of the Lansing Lugnuts (Class-A) coaching staff.
